1. What KyvAds offers

KyvAds helps research, filter, save and organize ad references loaded in the Meta Ad Library through the web platform and Chrome extension. It is an independent product, unaffiliated with Meta. Available data does not prove sales, results or campaign performance.

Only published tools enabled on your plan are included in the offer. Radar and scores are future features and are not included in current subscriptions. The development version may have issues and limitations described during installation and on product screens.

2. Account and security

Use accurate information and take responsibility for your password, access codes and authenticator. Access may require a password and additional verification. Completing a new login replaces the previous session; the website and extension can share a session through authorized linking. Do not share credentials or bypass permissions or quotas.

Report signs of unauthorized access or failures to support. Administration has additional authentication and authorization controls.

3. Plans and limits

The Free plan does not require a paid subscription. Current features, limits and prices appear in the catalog and account. Daily quotas reset at midnight São Paulo time. Analysis uses one unit on the first valid ad; downloads count on the first completed file, with the same ad deduplicated within the day.

An administrative access grant may have its own term and does not constitute a paid subscription. Changes to offers do not retroactively change amounts already charged. Conditions affecting an existing contract must be communicated to the user.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Base prices are entered in US dollars (USD). When available, Stripe offers payment in local currency and displays the exchange rate, fees, discounts, taxes and total before confirmation. Currency conversion or fees charged by the buyer's bank depend on that bank's terms.

Subscriptions are recurring. The entire chosen period is charged at once: weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, according to the offer. The monthly equivalent shown for longer periods is a comparison, not installment payments. Renewal is automatic until canceled.

Paid access depends on server-side payment confirmation. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment. Test environment operations do not move money or grant production paid access.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Manage renewal in the subscription area and Stripe portal when available, or request cancellation from support. Canceling renewal keeps the paid period until it ends, unless a refund or another situation affects payment validity. Renewal cancellation and refunds are different requests.

In consumer relationships covered by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, the seven-day right of withdrawal remains guaranteed, calculated as provided in Article 49. Request it through support; refunds owed follow applicable law. These terms do not waive legal rights because this is a digital service.

A confirmed full refund of the latest paid period disables access granted by that subscription and initiates immediate cancellation in Stripe, preventing further renewals after closure is confirmed. A partial refund or refund of an earlier period does not automatically cancel a subscription with a later paid period. Independent administrative grants are preserved.

Confirmed refunds are sent through the original payment method. When the credit appears depends on the processor and financial institution. An instant statement reversal is not promised.

6. Library and files

The ad library remains local in the extension and is separated by account. Login and subscription do not automatically send this library to the server. Back up before reinstalling, switching devices or clearing browser data.

Logout and downgrade must not erase the library. A library above the limit remains available for reading and backup, while new saves depend on current permissions. Users are responsible for respecting copyright, trademarks, privacy and source platform terms when using ads or files.

7. Responsible use and availability

Do not use KyvAds for illegal activities, rights violations, unauthorized data access, fraud, improper content redistribution or interference with the service. Third-party dependencies and Ad Library changes can affect tool availability; report failures to support.

Justified access restrictions must preserve request handling and applicable rights. We do not promise advertising results. No clause excludes mandatory liabilities or guarantees provided by law.

8. Privacy and changes

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Optional promotional communications can be managed through account preferences and available unsubscribe mechanisms.

Updates to these terms will be identified by the published version. Changes relevant to an existing contract must be communicated, respecting consumer rights and applicable conditions.
